My Director asked an intersting question today. He asked if there was a limit to the number of Inbound Calls our Call Manager, (Publisher, 2 Subscribers 3.3), can handle at one time. I have 9 PRIs. Could the CCM hold 207 Inbound calls all at one time? What about Unity's Call Handlers? Does it have a limit? I am afraid to even ask about our IPCC Enterprise. Do the Queues have a limit?

Very good question. I think that your amount of DSP's installed will determine the actual amount. There is a calculator for this on the Cisco web site.

Bandwidth limitations are the limiting factor.
I just had to bump a small branch to a full T-1 because they were getting busys with 10 users on the phone.
needless to say they are not going to like their bill next month.
