[b}IIS talking to Websphere in an AIX box{/b)

Hi All,
I have to install websphere on an AIX box.
There will also be an IIS installation in a Windows machine. This IIS installation has to talk to the Web Sphere application server installed in the AIX box.
Please could you suggest the methodologies and any precautions.
