My Web Server hangs, and the web page goes down. I have a Windows 2000 Server SP4 and IIS5 with this event in the event log:

Source: Active Server Pages

Error: File /sprov/activ/desp.asp Line 0 Out of memory.
Unable to allocate required memory..

And when the web page goes down, i got this error on the screen:

"The instruction at "0x787c43c1" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read"
Click on OK to terminate the program.

I think is a ram memory problem, but I´m not sure because i ran hardware diagnostics on the server and shows nothing bad with ram.

Any suggests?

It's more than likely a memory leak. Are you sure you are properly releasing objects within your code?
