[b]IFOR CCM port[/b]

I have the following problem,

IFOR is running but the port 1515 in unreachable.
The client runs onlu on the server itself. But when i perform an ip / port scan on port 1515 i get no results at all.
The switch and firewall connections are fully open.

Anyone please ??? [sadeyes]
