Hi All,

I am looking to add a new extn to the IDVR system.Where do i add the TN of the extn to start recording.I have set ast and iapg on the extn but i know I have to do something else on the IDVR.

Hmm, been awhile since I've made changes to my IDVR, but I'll try to help.

What type of card do you have for your IP interface in the switch (are you using a TALC or a RLC card)? Seem to remember with my RLC cards I have to mark that TN using the Remote Office configuration software so that it can send that stream to the IDVR server.
