A customer gets a short ring at the QCC console everytime a call transfers into a voice mailbox, whether a direct transfer or call coverage.
Merlin Legend 7.0 with Merlin Messaging.

Any thoughts on how to silence the console ring on voicemail transfers.

During that call interval what is displayed on the Console?

The attendant didn't indicate anything on the screen. Just the short alert tone when a call transfers into the voicemail group.
