1. Go to the macros tab of the database window.
2. Create new macro.
3. In the "Action" section of the macro design view window, choose "OutputTo" from the list.
4. For the Object Type choose "Report".
5. Select the name of the report from the Object Name list.
6. For Output Format choose Microsoft Excel.
7. For the Output File put the full name of the path of your destination.
8. Save it and run it.
