I have an EMC CX300 and 2 Seagate Cheeta FC drives with firmware D010. THe drives were working within a JBOD box.
I want to use them now within the CX300, but when i put the drives in the CX300, they go to a fault state, and navisphere shows that the capadity for these drives is 0. I think it has to do with the firmware installed in them. Could anyone please let me know where can I get the wright firmware for these drives.

Thanks

JBOD drives are formatted at 512/sector. To use them in a Clariion they need to be:
- supported by the flare rev running on the CX
- formatted to 520/sector

I formated the drive to 520/sector, and I checked on emc support matrix that the drive is supported by my cx300, but
still does not work
