B.E 12.5 remote file errors

I'm backing up a Windows 2008 SP2 server remotely using a remote agent and it errors on the "\\SERVER\C:\Users\username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files" folder. On Vista/Win 7 and Server 2008 this is just a pointer or shortcut as this folder didn't exist after Win 2003

Does anyone else get this surely BE 12.5 is aware of these folders/pointers and should ignore them?

It was to do with this setting "Back up files and directories by following junction points" option, it needs to be turned off if you're using the open file agent.
