We are going to be upgrading to version 9.1, and one of the benefits is being able to add additional read-only users at a reduced cost. I have not come across this fact in any of the Open Text documents. Has anyone heard of this advantage?

We run 9.1 and use the "Anonymous" module for read-only access.
I don't know if this is a new feature for 9.1 but it does allow reduced price read-only access.

Anonymous module is the way to allow access to Livelink by the 'un-subscribed', and is available for Livelink 9x releases.

Once the module is installed, you need to create an "Anonymous" User and Group in order to control access to your Livelink Community model. Quite restricted in most cases, i.e. only 'see/see contents' for truly 'public' information.

There should be a paper expalining Anonymous in detail on the KC.
