Good day all. After installing AS9 SP1 the jobs that were in the queue became inaccessible. If you click on them the manager instantly closes. No fix for this apparently and new jobs still run. Question is: How can I delete these jobs without going into mgr? If I rename the .QSD folder a new one is created but the old jobs still show, they merely change their status to corrupt. Does anyone know what files are keeping these jobs alive and how to get rid of them. Any help appreciated, thanks!

This is a great community of combined intelligence. 3 cheers for Tek Tips!

stop the services and close the manager before renaming the q directory. That is the only place jobs are stored - there isn't anywhere else they can be picked up from.

Thank you VSCHUMPY! I thought I had stopped the engines previously but this time it worked no problem so the problem must have been me. I was able to add a new prune job without issue so now to rebuild the network b/u job....

cheers!
