I have current versions of nero 6 and dvd shrink. Will either of these convert avi files to dvd files that can be viewed on my dvd player? also, if so, can someone provide the first few steps to help me get started. thank you very much

NeroVision Express is part of Nero - start it up and it should walk you through the process. You need to create a video DVD project and add video files to it, it's quite easy.
