(B)CMS options

The company whose Definity G3R6 i administer asked me if i wanted to do the "phone stats" for them. They have 4 or 5 locations across North America in which they would like me to perform this task. What I am looking for is: a software package that would let me do this with one server. They are currently using BCMS VU, But I am looking for other options as well.

Please define what 'phone stats' are. If you mean traffic measurements (facility usage), you can use ASA to poll the switch nightly. You can also use ASA to do trunk and alarm monitoring. If you mean Call Detail Recording (CDR), there are several products, like eCAS, that can support multiple switch data collection.
