I have an option 81c PBX. CDR is working great except incoming extension to extension not showing in the calls Collection. The program we are using is WINCALL. Their Tech support is telling me it is a PBX issue. He stated that if I run a report on for example 6800 to another ext 7800 the report will show calls are dialed from 6800 no incoming extension to 6800 will show up in the repport. Is there any setting in Nortel I can turn on to do the bidirectional incoming collection. dialing external calls and outside incoming calls works fine.
