[b]Callpilot .V3 NOT Synchronizing when launching Groupwise 7[/b]

Hello all,

Ok here is the question...when I launch Groupwise 7....Callpilot (version 3) is suppose to synchronize and download saved messages and so forth.....well I haven't had any problems with till now. And only on this one users workstation. I have compared my own personal settings with this workstation and they are identical...PLEASE HELP!!!
