Has anyone ever set up the IPView software for the Call Center on a CallPilot - 150 Ver, 3.0? Found the software on the CallPilot disk, but no readme file or help file.

Actually, IPView is a PC based application that the attendant uses to help manage call flow in the system. It displays stations on her PC and allows her some call functionality using the mouse and PC. It also requires licenses from Convertec to work.

On the CD there is another software that says Call Center Reproting application. The read me file said that this is needed to use IPView for Wallboard configuration. We're trying to set up a Call Center Supervisor to see what is going on with the ACD queues. So this will not work with what we have?
What do we need?

It sounds like The IPView software supports the wallboard application (obviously) that is embedded in the Reporting for Call Center software.

I can tell you that, with the BCM, RCC is downloadable from the Install Clients tab.

There may be RCC under the Call Center menu in your 150. If there is, then you download the RCC from there to a PC or Server to pull the reports for the Call Center.

The wallboard is a separate software that gives you real time data in another window on your PC, or on a Wallboard driven by the PC.

On the CallPilot CD there is a .exe file that is RCC server. When we load it on a laptop to be used as the wallboard, it says we are missing the IIS services. The OS is XP Professional. I thought ISS was part of it.

IIS is a Windows application that has to be started before Rcc can run.

The customers' IT department is taking the laptop and loading IIS application on it. It seems that they are a very secure company and do not load all applications of Windows on their machines unless the user is given special permissions from their corporate. We should be able to load the software when they get the laptop back from their IT department next week.
