Hello

Does anyone have a great number of recordings of background noise marked as "Basic recordings"?

We have a Meridian op 61 and I suspect that NICE is interpreting something that it does as being a call when, in fact, it is just some kind of line test.

Can suggest a remedy or explanation?

Cheers

if you mean basic recordings user then these are calls uploaded to the database by the TRS service. These calls are likely due to channels being configured for vox activity and there being noise on the line (as per the static you hear). You can try to change to offhook/onhook channel detection however if unsupported by your configuration then this may cause all calls to fail to record.

Alternative is to disable TRS but this means that when Interactions center is failing you'll get no calls uploaded to databases once integration resumes for the period the interactions center was down.
