Hi everyone,

I have a very simple question for you.

What I am trying to achieve:

I have designed a simple report which already has several records of information displayed in the details section of the report. I want to add a completely empty page at the end of the report. I would like this new page to appear regardless of how many records the report has

How I have been trying to achieve this:

I have tried to use the Section Expert to add a New Page After the report footer but this option does not appear to be available (it is greyed out for this particular section).

Finally..

Is there a way I can overcome this to add an entirely new blank page after the report footer? I know it sounds like a very simple question but I really can't find an answer to it at the moment!

Thanks

Go to the section expert and insert a report footer_b. Format this with "New Page BEFORE."

Add an extra section to your report footer, a section that is blank. Give it a 'New Page Before'.

It helps to give your Crystal version, since newer versions have extra options, and some extra problems. I use Crystal 8.5

Thanks everyone for your help. I hadn't thought of the idea of adding a new report footer and using the 'Page Before' option. I am now kicking myself.

Thanks again.
