Hi
I have a microsoft access report containing 6 columns. This report is generally opened and then e-mailed. when the report is opened in access it looks fine. I have 3 people that mail this report out to thier respective departments 2 out of the 3 can mail with no problems and no formatting loss but one of the people has just had a new PC and when he sends the report it arrives at the destination all over the place. I have even printed the same report from 2 different PC (1 old 1 new) to the same network printer same again the 1 submitted from the old PC is fine but the new one is jibberish (Columns all over the place). I have had the user that works on the old PC log into the new , still the same. so it seems to be the formatting from when the report is submitted as a rich text attachment and sent as mail from within Access. I have gone into the "options" in Access and both old & new PC's are setup identically.

Have you tried using Snapshot Viewer? It's a handy little program which allows you to send the report *exactly* as Access has it formatted. It's a Microsoft product.
