azerty automatically changes to querty

this only happens to me in illustrator, i start working and my keyboard is typing azerty and than suddenly it works as a querty keyboard this is very annoying cause because i am used to use shortcuts, so when i prss ctrl. z for undo illustrator try's to save...
i already heard somebody who had the same problem but he also didn't know what it was caused by any help appreciated

I haven't hear of this one before but you can try deleting your Illustartor prefernces.
Close Illustrator and find the prefernces and delete them. This will not affect any of your documents. It will only reset the program to what it looked like when you installed it.
Just make sure Illustrator is closed before you do this.
