I HAVE A COMPUTER WITH WINDOWS 11 AND IT HAPPENS THAT WINDOWS DEFENDER HAS THE ANTIVIRUS- FIREWALL AND WEB PROTECTION FUNCTIONS DISABLED, IT SAYS: "THERE ARE NO PROVIDERS"
THERE WAS NO WAY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. :|

I think you will probably find your answer there.
