Ayava PBX with HA CallPilot, all users have issues logging into mailboxes, "Login incorrect", try again and again with same password and works sometimes, what could be the cause of this?
are both servers in sync? have you applied the latest pep/dep/sec patches?, remember to read the advice for the order & how to apply them to a HA environment.
As a test, I would trace a few calls to Vmail to see what Mgate cards both working & non working call pilot log ins were going to. hopefully it shows that all non working log in attempts go to the Mgate cards connected to one of the two servers. If that is the case follow the controlled reboot of the affected server.
