AxKit on external web host

Hello,
Does anyone know if it is possible to install AxKit (

on a commercial web host site? I found a cheap Web host that offers Apache Handlers and custom MIME types (

http://www.bargainhost.co.uk)

but I don't know if that is sufficient to install it (and I'm waiting for a reply from their support desk).
