AX controller ICP

Good Day Everyone,

I have a problem with the AX controller ICP working software 38.0.8.10 that when it shuts down and comes back up, it doesn't read the other card installed but its program still exists. There is also a time when the system is powered off, once it is up it returns to the correct installed card. What is the solution for this issue? The system is eighteen years old.
