Has anyone had probs. with this type of setup? I am getting a motorboating noise & have already installed Plantronics supplied filters. They don't help. If I turn the headset charging base on it's side it works fine but can't leave it that way. The problem comes & goes & it's so frustrating to the customer. I thought maybe a power conditioner may help as all 3 headsets are plugged into the same power. Any suggestions??? Thanks in advance.

Unfortunatly, it's the nature of the beast. Try to get the cordless headset base as far away from the phone as possible.

I haven't tried it, but if you have one of the ceramic chokes that were included with the ACS R1 through R6, designed for the SMDR cable, but usually never used in the field, wrap the cord through it and see if it makes a difference. If so, smaller (more attractive) toroids are available from electronic parts suppliers.

Thanks TTT for the info. What cord should I wrap around it??? The phone mounting cord or the cord from the headset??
Thanks
