AWFOS Config Help

Hi guys,

Has anyone done an IPO/ACCS integration with AWFOS? We are having challenges with seeing the interactions/recordings on the browser. I've gone through the documentation step-by-step and still are having issues. These are the versions and configs done.

Versions:
IPO R11
ACCS 7.0.3
AWFOS 5.2.1

Configs:
Component: (AACCAdapter, DevLink3 Adapter, Sip Adapter, Recorder, Media Manager)
Dynamic: (Recorder adapter - Sip, devlink, aacc, Devlink3 - IPO)

Any help is appreciated.

Do you mean you cannot open the WebApp or the WebApp doesnt receive any response when you click login?
