I'm trying to get LDAP to work with AWC version 3.10.0.21 -1 ,The LDAP query works fine is if the base DN is set for the default "CN=Users,DN=company,DN=local" If I want to point it to the actual unit within AD that holds the users, I get username and password errors when the user logs back in. If I move the user into the Users OU within AD, they can login fine. Can AWC only see the Users OU in AD?

Try being less specific such as DC=domain,DC=com
It will then search all AD, Make sure your LDAP Admin ID is in the format CN=AWClogon,CN=Users,DC=Domain,DC=com
Use LDAP port 3268

I believe LDAP will not be here for Much longer, You will be expected to implement LDAP on the 3300 then sync the users and services form to populate the apps.

Already Tried with no luck:
Try being less specific such as DC=domain,DC=com
It will then search all AD, Make sure your LDAP Admin ID is in the format CN=AWClogon,CN=Users,DC=Domain,DC=com

But with the follwing change I had not tried, it now works! Cheers.

Use LDAP port 3268
