AW0268: E9110 Unkown filter type -5

Hi all,
I am running NT4 Sp6 with client agent for HPUX 11 and I am getting this message when the agent connects with this machine. Arcserve tech support as usual returns nothing of any help whatsoever Any ideas anyone had this issue??

Unfortunately the Unix agent can only back up Fulls, as the product relies on the Archive bit (which *nix does not have). Please make sure you are doing full backups, and not incremental/differentials.

If you have support, you can open up a ticket and request this as a feature enhancement.

BTW, this was answered a few weeks ago here: thread478-337068
