AW0206 - Failed to Generate Disaster Recovery Files 1

I have ARCserve 2000 Advanced Edition w/ SP5 installed on ServerX and Client Agent for NT/2000 w/ SP5 on ServerY.

After realize a complete backup of ServerY from ServerX, I try to create disaster recovery disks for ServerY and receive the following error message:

AW0206 Failed to generate disaster recovery files, RC=1, Incorrect function.

Please, what can I do to resolve this problem?

A stupid question but should be asked.
Are you sure it was a complete backup?
When setting up the job select the the whole system or whole drives and not part.

Make sure the DR files are there. They are located in the DR directory. I tried three times now to add a faq with on those files but it fails to save with a system error so check the faqs later for it.
