Hi guys,

I got these warnings in my daily backup.
Just would like to know whether is it possible to resolve these issues without doing any filtering to the job?

1)
Failed to open file <"FILEPATH">. RC=32, The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
(i) C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr0.dat
(ii) C:\WINDOWS\security\Database\secedit.sdb

2)
Failed to open file <"FILEPATH">. RC=2, The system cannot find the file specified.
(i) C:\System Volume Information\catalog.wci\00010007.ci

Thanks in advance

Well you can try different open file retry options. It is set under the backup options.

If that does not help it is either using a filter to exclude them or using OFA.

Hi ,
Please install the ofa agent and set the inactivity period from 5 to 2 seconds , this parms is on the ofa configurator .
regards.
