"AW0004 Failed to open file c:\winnt\ntfrs\jet\ntfrs.jdb RC=32 The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process"

I started backing up our Windows 2000 Domain Controllers of late and I get this and similar errors for 2 more files. I have 4 DC's and I get this on all of them. What am I missing?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
