AW0000 skip invalid shared or volume dbasql7

I am using arcserve 2000 to backup servers with windows 2000 running sql 7 and sql 2000. I am using the arcserve sql database agent on the sql servers. The databases are backing up correctly, but I get the message aw0000 skip invalid shared or volume dbasql7 or the likeness on the sql2000 servers. I have applied arcserve sp4 for arcserve 2000. How do I get rid of this error?
