AVST voicemail system DTMF not working on all call processors.

Hello everyone,
I am working on an AVST (voicemail system)
Not sure if this is the right Forum.

I have a call processor built with selector code 1 pointing to an extension.
Whenever I select option 1 from the prompt I am getting a response of "invalid entry"
Anyone ever run across this issue?

Wrong forum. AVST is a company not associated with Nortel / Avaya.
