AVST Greeting Bypass "1"

x2123 and x2124 can not bypass greetings by pressing “1” and leaving a message but x2125 can. I tried making their configurations on the voice mail Callxpress server identical to x2125 with no luck. They said it used to work for everyone before they got phone upgrades from 8410D to 2420 Am I missing something? Thanks
