I'm in the UK btw. We've just had two new APC UPS units installed by an electrician. Both are housed in the same room but powering two different circuits.
One is a 10000VA XLI Double Conversion Online and appears to be running fine.
The other, a 2200 VA Line Interactive, has the AVR trim LED constantly lit up. When the diagnostic is run (the test button) it's showing an input voltage of between 248 and 266 volts. I've adjusted the sensitivity of the UPS so it's not going to battery all the time but does this sound too high? How come the other UPS isn't complaining? I'm going to ring the electrician tomorrow but just want to run it past the forum first!
Thanks
Dan
