I am new to this product and per my boss I need to perform a shutdown and restart. My concern is that it may not start correctly. Is there a perfered way to shut down Switchview? Will it restart automaticaly?

From my pass experience with the product, there were two option one to shutdown and one to shutdown and restart. Both option the system would automatically restart all the services. However it will get to a point where you need to perform a key press combination to get back to the main menu. You should be able to call Avotus and they will let you know what it is.
