We are running Avotus version 7.10 and I am trying to figure out the GOS Analysys reports. Is there someone who can explain to me in laymans terminology (or point me to some better documentation) what a PEG is for the incoming and outgoing counts. Actually the whole damn thing is not making sense. What really is confusing is the fact that on occasion all of our trunks have been busy and of course customers get the busy signal but the reporting under "Max Addt'l Trunks Req" has never changed from 0. I am in the second month of recording this and it is always 0 as well as the Poorest GoS also.

Please and Thank you in advance

a peg count is a term from the old mech days.. today it is a single usage of a point, ie the peg count for a trunks is a single user on a single trunk.. a better ruler is ccs.. how are you trunks configured? your max additional is not correct, UNLESS, your getting a busy with vacant trunks, a bad config can cause that
