I have an Access DB and I am trying to do a subreport.
I have created the sub report and linked the fields.
And used the select expert, I have filtered down to the correct information.

However, when when I view the data I get the same subreport printed five times. (there are five values in the feilds)

I can not find a supress if duplicate checkbox for a sub report.

What is the simplest way to supress duplicate subreports?

You don't really give enough information about the layout of your report.

but from what you describe I would suggest you have the sub report in the details section of your main report. You would be better served creating a grouping in the report and place the sub report in the group header or footer.

If your still unsure of what you need to do, post more detailed information including

CR Version
Report Layout
Example data
Expected outcome.
