Avoid flickering in flexgrid

How could we avoid flickering of flexgrid while loading large amount of data ?
 
You might take a look at the .Redraw method

I usually mage the grid visible property = false when I am reloading/loading, and when the event is over make it visible again. I might be wrong but it also seems to reload faster.
