Avocent DSR 8020 cascade questions

We have RX in our data center, 15 avocent dsr 8020's and 10 cabinets each with Consoles. Our expert resident has left and now i am trying to figure out how to chain or cascade the Avocents from cabinet to cabinet. Questions:
1. Is there a way to chain or cascade the Avocent 8020?
2. Will we be able to access any server from any Console?
3. Is DSView hard to configure?
