AVM Fritz!Card USB ISDN modem install problem

Hi,

I'm trying to install 2 identical AVM Fritz!Card 2.1 USB ISDN modems on the same Windows 2000 SP4 Engl. server. Installation of the first modem goes smoothly but the second keeps on giving me an exclamation mark in Device Manager. Error message is: this device cannot start (Code 10). I tried to install both modems on Windows 2003 but bumped into the same issue. Already downloaded latest driver and software... any ideas anyone?
