.avi problem

Hello,
I've embedded an avi file on a website, but can't figure out how to make it play.
I've tried several different file formats, but can't get any video to display.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I see I wasn't very detailed in my request for help.

The link is

http://www.chmm.ca/mmmf.htm.

The link to the video is just over 1/2 way down through the source code, and this code was automatically generated by front page when I added 'video' through the insert menu.
This .avi file works fine if I just double click it on my computer.
