Hi all,
I have a strange issue.
I've just upgraded BCMS Server to R2 software.
Basically it works OK but my client claims that the AVG staff parameter is incorrect on split/skill interval report.
It always indicates the 0 after coma sign. For example:
3,0
12,0
10,0
19,0
I have checked it on ACM BCMS reports (list bcms skill x) and I can see that it is displayed in diffrent way. For example:
19,9
18,6
9,2
9,8
So in ACM I have 1 digit after coma.
Is there any way to improve the situation?
I can not find on BCSM Server/Client software.
Any ideas?
Regards
Pablo
