Hi,
Has anyone got this running on their SBS network, specifically the firewall?
I have just upgraded from Internet Security for Networks 7.5 and the AVG SBS firewall on my test XP Pro workstation (previously running 7.5 firewall) is preventing a user logging in in a menaingful time. What took a minute or two with the 7.5 firewall now takes 5-10 minutes.
I remember having to allow RCP and Ident services when I installed the old verison, which fixed the slow login, but it is not working with this edition. If I log the blocked traffic I see UDP traffic to my SBS 2003 box and my two windows 2000 domain controllers, especially port 67, 513 and 767. The log only has it listed as FilterDevice which is not very helpful.
Grisoft are pretty slow with dealing with email queries like this so I thought I'd ask here in the meantime!
Anyone encountered this and know the fix?
Thanks
Dan
