Hi

I'm using Crystal 9.0 to report from an Access 2002 database.

I have a report showing a month worth of data and the number of registrations by registration hour. I want to show the average number of registrations for that month for work days (so excluding weekends).

My current report is showing "on change of reg hour" and the weighted average of cases/days per period.

But the data isn't working i.e. if there were 209 visits for the registration hour of 11 and there were 22 working days in the month it should show 209/22 for a total of 9.5 but right now it shows it as .8. Why is that and how can I get it to work right?

Thanks.

What is your current formula for business days? You should be able to add a formula like this for your summary:

count({table.visitID},{table.datetime},"by hour")/<your business days formula>

Thanks LB - that did the trick! You rock, as usual!
