Avaya's TCAPI talking to Microsoft's TAPI, does the driver work?

Avaya's CT TSP - acts as the interface between Avaya Computer Telephony and Microsoft's Telephony Applications Programming Interface (TAPI), Version 2.2. It allows you to use (and develop) TAPI applications to work with Avaya Computer Telephony.

We've got an S8700 and Communication Manager 3.0.1 - Avaya says they no longer support this driver, is anyone using it successfully on an S8xxx configuration? Our goal is to enable Microsoft's Outlook native dialer in our contact list with the Avaya 2420 phones.

i have used this software for the same purpose with success. avaya only says that they will not support it, not that it's not working...
