Searched, but found no entries on anyone using Avaya's Definity (phone switch)software and Crystal Reports. Does anyone have any pointers for our new installation?

We already use a number of Crystal Reports for various systems but would like to incorporate the switch's information into some of our reports.

Suggestions?
