AvayaMobile app For IPO VOIP issue with Android

I have followed the guide step by step and have functionality with Iphones internally and externally.

My android app only works internally and not externally on LTE.

Has anybody else experienced this? I have tried it on HTC one and a Samsung galaxy 3. Still get the VOIP error. IT will connect fully intermittently but when I dial an extension I hear no Audio nor do I see any activity in system status.

If it works internally, and has issues externally, then it's likely a firewall issue. 99% of the time it is. It uses SIP, so you have to make sure it's all perfect.

FYI, we've also run into an issue with some of the newer phones using IPv6 on LTE mode. When we duplicate the settings and force IPv4, it works fine. Very odd.
