Is it possible to configure a button on Avaya J179 that, when pressed, will create a conference call and add a specific extension number to the conference?
On the customer side Avaya Aura 10. There are both SIP and H.323 subscribers

The scenario is something like this:
One of the 911 operators receives a call and, having assessed it as critical (immediate response required), presses the button to create a conference call with automatic addition to the conference of the extension number registered on the telephone set, the sound from which is transmitted to the speakerphone in the room of the operational control group so that they can hear the conversation between the operator and the caller. They do not need to speak, they only need to hear the conversation and make decisions about the urgency of the call.

I assume that if this scenario is possible to implement, then only through FAC (feature access code). What do you think?
