Hello everyone, is there a way to forward, and park a call when using the workspace app on a cell phone or computer?

Yes. Setup Park and Un-Park short codes, Like *601 and #601. Then advice them to transfer the call to *601 for park bay 1 and to recover the call dial #601.
add as many shortcodes as you want park bays and away you go.
